2012 Weddings Round Up | Favorite Color Palettes

Welcome to our 2012 wedding round up series! Today kicks off an 8 week mini-series that we'll feature every Wednesday- from our favorite dresses to invitations we couldn't stop looking at to blooms that seemed to get better with every wedding. As we planned this series, it was so amazing to see how different every event we did last year really was- and how much they reflected each couple, even when many were at the same venue.

First up to start the wedding round up- 2012 was a year full of colors! And we loved every one of them. These were some of the color palettes, from soft and subtle to bold and bright they all beautifully transformed into one of a kind weddings. Here are some of our favorites from the past year…

Emily and Zach
June 23rd 2012
Shore Lodge, McCall
The gorgeous shades of navy, grey, butter yellow and white played out perfectly for this couple’s romantic day.

Shore Lodge, McCall
This palette came together just perfectly, especially with the elements of soft glam with a touch of wood and birch throughout to give it that rustic feel.

Kristen and Coby
July 27th 2012
Shore Lodge, McCall

The elements of this event involved soft neutrals with pops of color. This palette is far simpler, it was vintage, organic, but all with a touch of modern features. So pretty!

Shore Lodge, McCall
Could these colors be any more perfect for a spring wedding in snowy McCall, Idaho? Whimsy meets romance, with a lush garden feel at this wedding. The colorful patterns and centerpieces made everything stand out beautifully.

The simple neutrals in this color scheme, mixed with the pop of deep red, what more can we say? Simply stunning.

This wedding was soft and romantic in every form with plenty of shabby chic.

These are just a collection of our favorites- be sure to stay tuned every Wednesday for more wedding eye candy. And don't worry, we'll eventually be posting full features on some of the never-before-seen weddings on the blog, so stay tuned for that too.
